Ghee is an Ayurvedic superfood. Golden Monkey was started to make artisanal Indian flavoured ghee easily available in the US market. The founders approached mCube to help them create a brand identity that would have an Indian touch.
The mark is inspired by the concept of ‘Nav-Rasa’. ‘Rasa’ in Sanskrit means juice, essence or taste and ‘Nav’ is number 9. The concept of nav-rasa is used to showcase the impact of the mouth-watering flavours. This got translated through nine expressions that gave life to a dynamic identity. The concept also aligns with the company’s vision to promote health and wellness in the US.
